北海市2014年初中毕业升学英语学科考试说明
一、考试性质
经广西壮族自治区教育厅批准,我市2014年初中毕业考试和中等学校招生考试两考合一。它由九年级毕业生参加,兼有毕业考试的水平性考试和招生考试的选拔性考试两项功能:一方面,它成为九年级学生是否达到合格的初中毕业生标准的重要依据,另一方面,它也为高一级学校择优录取新生提供必要的依据。因此,它应具有较高的信度、效度和必要的区分度及适当的难度。
二、指导思想
以《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》为指针,坚持全面贯彻落实党的教育方针,全面实施素质教育;坚持有利于深化基础教育课程改革,体现九年义务教育的性质,坚持有利于促进基础教育和职业教育协调发展,促进高中阶段教育和谐发展,为人民群众提供更多优质的教育资源;坚持有利于全面检查初中教学质量和普通高中录取新生,促进学生德、智、体、美等方面全面发展。
三、考试范围
英语学科命题以2001年中华人民共和国教育部制订的《全日制义务教育英语课程标准(实验稿)》五级目标要求为依据,并考虑到北海市初中英语教学的实际情况和“两考合一”的要求,考试范围覆盖初中英语课程标准实验教材(Go for it!)七年级至九年级的全部内容。
四、考试目标
英语学科考试主要测试考生综合语言运用能力。具体包括听力理解、语言知识应用(词汇和语法)、口语表达(情景交际)、阅读理解以及书面表达等五大方面的内容。着重考查考生对语言知识和语言技能的掌握。考试内容为《全日制义务教育英语课程标准(实验稿)》五级目标要求中规定的语言知识和语言技能(详见双向细目表)。
五、考试形式及答题要求
考试采用闭卷笔答方式(含听力测试部分)。今年仍然采用无纸化阅卷,要求把选择题(第I卷)的答案涂在答题卡上;把非选择题(第II卷)的答案写在答题卷上规定的区域内,超出答题区域书写的答案无效。
六、试卷结构
(一)试卷结构和分数
试卷由听力测试部分和笔试部分组成。全卷共八个大题96个小题,赋分120分(其中听力30分,笔试90分),考试时间为120分钟。

(二)试卷的难易比例
全卷整体难度为0.70±0.03。容易题(p≥0.7)∶中档题(0.7﹥p﹥0.35)∶较难题(0.20﹥p≤0.35), 三块在试卷中的比例为6∶3∶1,即容易题占总分的60%,中档题占总分的30%,较难题占总分的10%。
(三)各大题型的内容与考查目标
第一大题:听力测试。
第一节:图句理解。看图听四个句子,在各题所给的A、B、C三个选项中,选出与你所听到的句子内容相符的图画。每个句子读两遍。该题主要考查考生捕捉信息和图文匹配的能力。
第二节:情景反应。听六个句子,根据所听到的情景,在各题所给的A、B、C三个选项中,补全后一句对话。每个句子读两遍。该题主要测试考生对日常交际用语的反应能力和应答能力。
第三节:对话理解。(一) 听五组短对话和五个问题,选择正确答案。每组对话读两遍。(二) 听三段长对话,根据问题选择正确答案。每段对话读两遍。该题主要考查考生在听对话的过程中捕捉信息、利用信息处理实际问题的能力。
第四节:短文理解。听一篇短文和短文后面的五个问题,根据短文内容,从各题所给的A、B、C三个选项中选出能回答所提问题的正确答案。短文读两遍。该题旨在考查考生在听短文时捕捉信息、判断信息处理实际问题的能力。
第二大题:单项选择。该题要求考生根据题干所提供的信息从A、B、C、D四个选项中选出可以填入空白处的最佳选项。该题主要考查考生词汇和基本语法知识及其实际运用能力。
第三大题:完形填空。阅读下面短文,从短文后所给各题中的A, B, C、D四个选项中,选出可以填入空白处的最佳选项。该题主要考查对上下文连贯、前后呼应、突出语篇、兼顾语法、顺应文脉、确应暗示、突出主题等基本阅读技巧的熟练运用程度和综合运用语言的能力。
第四大题:阅读理解。本大题提供A、B、C三篇短文,每篇短文长度大约200个词左右。要求考生阅读短文,从每题所给的A、B、C和D四个选项中,选出最佳选项。短文体裁可以是记叙文、说明文或应用文等。该题重点考查考生对书面语篇的整体领悟能力和接受具体信息以及如何处理语篇信息的能力。
第五大题:单词拼写。要求考生根据下列句子及所给汉语注释,写出单词的正确形式,使句子结构完整,意思明确。该题主要考查考生记忆和拼写单词的能力。
第六大题:情景交际。根据下面对话情景,在每个空白处填上一个适当的单词,使对话的意思连贯、完整。该题主要考查考生口语交际能力。
第七大题:综合填空。要求考生阅读下面的短文,从方框中选择单词,根据实际情况用适当的形式填空,使短文意思完整、通顺。每空一词,每词只能用一次。该题主要考查考生综合运用所学语言知识与技能的能力。
第八大题:书面表达。根据提供的情景、提示和要求,写一篇70个词左右的书面材料。情景包括目的、对象、时间、地点等。题材包括提示写作、看图写作、表格写作等。体裁有书信、日记、通知、故事等。书面表达要求考生切中题意,语言准确、得当,条理清楚,内容完整,文字通顺流畅,书写规范。本题主要考查考生根据提供的信息和特定的要求进行书面表达的能力。
七、语言知识和语言技能双项细目表
一、能力层次
考试目标分为“了解”,“理解”和“掌握“”三个层次。各个层次的含义是:
1.了解:要求学生对所学过的知识和内容予以再认或再现。
2.理解:要求学生对学过的知识和内容能识别、分辨,并能进行直接转换、释义、匹配等。
3.掌握:要求学生对已学的知识和内容在理解的基础上能在实践中运用或进一步综合运用,学会分析问题和解决实际问题。

语言技能分项细目及要求
听的技能 能听懂基本上没有生词并贴近学生生活的语言材料,语速为每分钟120个词左右。
1.能根据语调和重音理解说话者的意图。
2.能听懂有关熟悉话题的谈话,并能从中提取信息和观点。
3.能借助语境克服生词障碍、理解大意。
4.能听懂接近正常语速的故事和记叙文,理解故事的因果关系。
5.能在听的过程中用适当方式做出反应。
6.能针对所听语段的内容记录简单信息。
读的技能 能独立阅读理解所学语言知识范围内的材料,生词率不超过3%,阅读速度为每分钟50一7O个词。

In London, traffic has always been a main problem. In order to solve this problem, the government has decided to have a bike revolution (革命). It has decided to provide 6,000 bikes for people to rent. The government encourages local people to ride bikes in order to solve the traffic problem.
